For those of you that follow me on Facebook, I mentioned the recent photo shoot of two of our recently staged properties with Summer Maluden/Signature Real Estate Photography. Today, I'd like to show you our shots of the second property-Greenpointe Condos. This 10 unit, East Austin, gated Condominium complex offers a modern, clean lined design with designer finishes.  Today, I'm showing you our staging at unit E, which went under contract only 5 days  after staging!  I think Summer did a wonderful job of capturing the modern-transitional look we wanted to achieve.
