Before I had the chance to share this beauty we staged last Wednesday, it received multiple offers!  This home, originally built in 1960 in the Southern Oaks subdivision, was rehabbed by my client, yet much of the original charm stayed in place.  One stand out feature is the screened in porch which kept it's mid-century style and was a hit with buyers.  Modern staging with a few mid century touches highlight this light filled, open floor plan.
