Every home can benefit from our home staging consultation!  During a 1-2 hour virtual or in-person tour of your property, we'll provide you with objective, relevant staging recommendations and resources that will increase your home's appeal to your target buyer.  We'll even use our design expertise to recommend exact paint colors, kitchen finishes, and other elements if needed.

Your Home Staging Consultation includes a detailed room by room report and prioritized action plan prepared upon completion of the property tour.  With the report, you'll have a detailed "to do" list to use to prepare your home for listing.  You can then choose to DIY the recommendations or contact me for a quote to complete the staging.
